My work as a Diagnostician allows for individualized prescriptive planning, taking readers from their current skills to high levels of reading fluency, comprehension, and confidence. Trained in the neuroscience of reading, I strategically embed scientifically-based, multi-modal practices into all of my work.

My work as a Curriculum Specialist is extensive across content areas and grade levels. In seeing a need for a district-wide writing and implementation process, I built a three year design, trained admin and coaches in its Lesson Study aspect for continuous improvement, and lead teams at various stages of the process in ELA, Mathematics, 6-12 Science, and World Language.
